Disposition

  1. Prognosis is very good if surgery curable
  2. Admit patient if suggests tumor, HTN, ill appearance, vision problems, fractures, fever
  3. Consult endocrinology, oncology, neurosurgery, urology, general surgery
  4. Follow-up with primary care physician or return to ED if serious refractory symptoms, adrenal crisis
