  1. Acute Tx
  2. If seizure persists in ED
  3. Search/Tx etiology of fever
  4. Some studies show anticonvulsants are effective at preventing recurrence of febrile seizure, but risk outweighs benefit & not recommended
  5. Intensive antipyretic use does NOT shorten seizure or prevent future seizures
