Overview
VaLgus Stress Test Medially directed force applied over lateral Knee in 30 degree flexion
  - MCL Injury

Medially directed force applied over lateral knee in extension
  - MCL & PCL injury

VaRus Stress Test Laterally directed force applied over medial knee in 30 degree flextion
  - LCL injury
Lachman Test Instability with anterior stress in 15-30 degree flexion
  - Most sensitive exam for ACL injury
Anterior Drawer Sign Instability with anterior stress in 90 degree flextion
 - ACL injury
Posterior Drawer Sign Instability with posterior stress in 90 degree flextion
  - PCL injury
McMurry's Test Pain when knee is brought from full to 90 degree flexion while leg is externally rotated with compression over medial joint line
AND/OR
Medial meniscus injury pain when the leg is rotated internally with compression over the lateral joint lin
  - Lateral Meniscus Injury
Ege's Test Pain and/or click on maximum rotation of knee in squatting position
 - External Rotation: Medial meniscus injury
 - Internal Rotation: Lateral meniscus injury
