  1. ABCs, O2, monitor
  2. Prostaglandin E1 0.05mcg/kg/min IV in cyanotic newborn
  3. Tet spells

Disposition

  1. Admit (ICU)

Follow Up Care

  1. Endocarditis prophylaxis for life; good dental hygiene
  2. Need follow up q6-12mos s/p surgery
